How to add Sponsor Logos in the App   

 

The app allows clients to display sponsor logos on the Overview page, making it easy to highlight sponsors and provide valuable exposure. Sponsors are divided into two sections:

 

1. Presented by (National) - The logos in this top section are displayed in rows of 2. If there are more than two logos, the display will adjust automatically to fit them.

2. Sponsored by (Local) - In this lower section, logos are slightly smaller and displayed in rows of 3. As with the top section, the display will expand to fit additional logos as needed.

 

Both section titles are configurable, so you may request specific names for these sponsor categories.

 

Requirements for Logo Setup

 

To add a sponsor logo to your app, please provide the following:

 

1. Logo File: JPEG or PNG format, ideally 1800x1800 pixels for best quality.

2. Event Name and ID: The specific event information to ensure accurate placement.

3. Section Preference: Specify if the logo should be placed in the Presented by (National) or Sponsored by (Local) section.

4. Logo Placement Order: If there is a specific order for displaying logos, please indicate this.

5. Special Requirements: Any specific instructions for handling the logo, especially if the logo’s background contrasts with the app’s background.

 

Note: Some logos may appear different depending on the app’s background color.

 

Submitting Your Request

 

To add sponsor logos, submit a support ticket:

 

1. Go to the upper right corner of this page in your browser.

2. Select Submit a Ticket and include all required information.
