Why Android Health Is No Longer Supported in the Mobile App

At Nuclavis, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable experience for all users. In line with this commitment, we had to discontinue support for Android Health within our mobile app.

Why Support Was Discontinued

  1. Platform Restrictions from Android
    1. Android has become stricter about which apps can integrate with Android Health. To comply with their guidelines, the app must use Android Health as its primary purpose.
  2. Low User Adoption
    1. Our analytics show that very few users actually connected their accounts through Android Health.

Our Commitment

While Android Health support is no longer available, we remain focused on providing reliable, secure, and user-friendly ways to track activity. Our goal is always to ensure that users have access to the best possible experience with the mobile app.

Users are still able to connect and sync their activity using Fitbit, Garmin, or Strava, ensuring their data remains accurate and up-to-date.
