๐Ÿ”” Push Notification Guidelines

 

Push notifications are a great way to stay connected with your users. Follow these best practices to ensure clarity, engagement, and effectiveness:

 

  • Character Limit: Keep the body message to 150 characters for full visibility, and the title limited to 39 characters.

  • Media: GIFs are allowed, but they must not exceed 300 KB in file size.

  • Title Format: Avoid using emojis in the title to maintain a clean, professional look.

  • Scheduling: Set the date and time carefully to ensure notifications go out at optimal times.

To submit a push notification request, please copy and paste the template below into your request to ensure all necessary details are included.

 

*If the client is multi-lingual, make sure you get the content for both languages*

 

  • English/Spanish/French:

    • Note your images need to be at least 1024x1024
    • Video/GIF must be under 1MB
