Event Check-In Guide: What to Expect 

 

Checking in for your event is a simple but important step—and the experience may vary depending on the type of check-in system your event is using: Nuclavis Single Check-In or Grassroots Check-In.

 

Below is a quick breakdown of what you can expect based on your event’s setup.

 

🎉 Nuclavis Single Check-In

If your event is using Nuclavis Single Check-In, here’s how it will work:

Where to Find It:

The check-in button will appear on the Overview page, right on the first tile, a few days before the event (X days prior, depending on your event’s settings).

 

Once the participant taps the Check In button:

• A celebratory confetti animation will appear 🎊

• A confirmation message will let the participant know they’ve successfully checked in—and they’re all set!

 

📲 Grassroots Check-In

If your event uses the Grassroots check-in system, the process is slightly different but just as simple:

• Where to Find It:

Like with Nuclavis, the check-in option will appear in the Overview page’s first tile several days before the event.

 

After selecting the Check In button:

• The participant will receive a barcode

• This barcode will be used for scanning and checking in at the event site
