To add a sponsor logo to your event or program, please provide the information below to ensure accurate placement and the best visual quality.
📌 Required Information
Please include the following details with your request:

Logo File

Format: JPEG or PNG
-
Preferred size: 1800 x 1800 pixels for best quality

Minimum size: 1024 x 1024 pixels (smaller images may appear pixelated)

Event Name and Event ID

This ensures the logo is added to the correct event.
OR
Program Name and Program ID

Logos can also be added by program, not just by individual event.

Section Preference
Please specify where the logo should appear:

Presented by (National)

Sponsored by (Local)

Logo Placement Order

Indicate if you have a preferred order for how logos should appear.

To submit your request to add a sponsor logo:

Click Submit a Ticket.

Include the following information:

Event Name and Event ID or Program Name and Program ID

Box Titles (e.g., Presenting, Local, etc.)

Logo Image File

⏳ Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for sponsor logos to be added once all required information has been received.
Logos can be added by individual event or by program (for example, Walk or Chicago Walk), and do not need to appear across all programs and events unless specifically requested.
