Sponsor Logo Requiements

Requirements for Sponsor Logo Setup

 

To add a sponsor logo, please provide the following:
 

1. Logo File: JPEG or PNG format (preferred size: 1800x1800 pixels for best quality).

2. Event Name and ID: Ensure we can place the logo in the right context.

3. Section Preference: Indicate whether the logo should be in the Presented by (National) or Sponsored by (Local) section.

4. Logo Placement Order: Specify if you have a preferred order for the logos.

5. Special Requirements: Any special instructions, especially if the logo’s background color contrasts with the app’s background.

 

Note: Logos may appear differently depending on the background color of the app.

 

💡 How to Submit Your Request

To submit your request and add sponsor logos:

1. Go to the upper right corner of this page

2. Click Submit a Ticket and include the following information:

  • Event Name

  • Event ID

  • Box Titles (e.g., Presenting, Local, etc.)

  • Logo Image File

    • Ensure the image is at least 1024x1024 — smaller images may appear pixelated.

    • Verify logo colors are visible against the background of the box.

  • Placement Requirements

 

Important Note:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the sponsor logo to be added.
